Access is by invitation. Sign in with your Google account, or with your email and password.
Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
Give us the address you sign in with and we will send a link to set a new password.
If nothing arrives, check that the address is the one you sign in with. We do not say whether an address has an account, so this page cannot tell you either.

You will still need your authenticator app to sign in. Changing a password does not change your second factor.

Set up your authenticator. An authenticator app on your phone shows a 6-digit code that changes every 30 seconds. Scan the square below with it, then type the code it shows to finish.

Your app may show a logo it picked from its own library, and it is sometimes the wrong one — more than one organisation is called Jubilee. Check the entry reads Jubilee Health (jubilee-health.com) and shows your own email address.
Can't scan it? Enter the key by hand
In your authenticator app choose "enter a setup key" (sometimes "manual entry"), give it any name you like, and type this key. Leave the other settings alone - time-based, 6 digits, 30 seconds.
